John Kalvedge's Recipe

 

4 LG Russett Potatoes

1 1/2 cups Green Olives (Pomentos)

1 1/2 Cups Dill Pickles

6 Hard Boiled Eggs - Chop 5, keep 1 for a garnish

1 pt Sour Cream (can substitute some mustard a few teaspoons)

1 pt Mayo, either Hellmans or Best Food

1 Tbs Celery Seed

1 Tbs seasoned pepper - preferably Lowreys

1 Tbs Seasoned Salt

Paprika for garnish, sprinkle lightly over the surface
